A Note on This Beer

Missed the alert for Interboro Spirits & Ales Mat Fat Pride? Here's another shot at it before it sells out!

Rainbow of Flavors: Every drop parades across the taste buds with notes of watermelon, strawberry, and coconut, all swimming through a sea of fresh OJ and tangy grapefruit. A whisper of pine sweeps through the finish to balance the fruity notes. Hops Don’t Stop: First, the brewers dry-hopped this beer with hand-selected Sabro and El Dorado, then they double dry-hopped it with a massive dose of super-dank Strata!

New York City has been good to Interboro Brewing. It’s given them a home, a community, and legions of adoring fans who flock to their cozy, graffiti-painted taproom for pints. Even Hop Culture calls this crew “one of the city’s best craft breweries!”

Now, Interboro is giving back to their community, and the rest of the country, with Mad Fat Pride!

The first benefit of this brew is obvious: it’s freakin’ delicious! Its bright, fruity notes and subtle floral nuances have already captured the hearts of New Yorkers like @Christina R. who says, it “tastes like a sunshower while you dance in the streets!”

The other way it gives back is a bit more tangible: Interboro is donating a portion of the proceeds from Mad Fat Pride to the NY-based Ali Forney Center. They are the largest agency for LGBTQA+ youth in the country, providing homes for over 2,000 children and 70,000 meals annually.

Today, you can drink a really fantastic IPA,AND help out a wonderful cause. That’s something we can all be proud of.

Not the best one I've gotten, but not the worst. Tastes like a typical IPA, no real distinguishing characteristics

This was pretty good for a pale ale but I couldn't finish it, I got tired of the flavor after about 75% of it

for fans of this brewery this is the first time I have tried any beer from Interboro and I live in Charlotte, NC which has a robust craft brew scene. 3.50 above is something I like! This is a very good beer cloudy without being swampy. Smooth and leaning more toward a straight pale ale. If you have a friend who is new to IPAs or hop adverse, this is their gateway IPA
