This beer is a pre-order! We expect to receive it in early February.

The last time we snagged a stash of Madagascar Imperial Stout, you all rated it 4.40 on Tavour! And you called it “excellent,” with a “great bourbon and vanilla aroma.”

So when we had a chance to secure some of the 2026 version early, obviously, we jumped all over it! 

Like the name implies, this beer is all about those top quality Madagascar vanilla beans. That’s how the brewers add layers of soft serve-like creaminess to their Milk Stout base. And a long slumber in bourbon barrels should create nuances of caramel, oak, and toffee that blend beautifully with fudgy notes of chocolate malt.

Should you add a big scoop of ice cream to your pint glass and enjoy it as a float? We wouldn't blame you one bit! But if you’re more of a purist, we recommend sipping it slowly as a sumptuous dessert after your favorite meal.
