About This Beer
When DSSOLVR stuffed towering crags of cones into Magic Cloud Mountain, Version 2, all we could do was gaze in wonder.
First they hit a pillowy, wheat- and oat-filled base with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Then, they dry hopped it with Vic Secret, before a second round of dry hopping with Riwaka CGX, Nelson Sauvin CGX and more Motueka, Nelson, and Vic. They also spunded the brew to give it a soft, natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Each hazy swig of this golden treasure courses with tropical and citrusy streams. Bright nuances of pineapple gummy bears, passion fruit, and clementine juice trickle between jutting peaks of candied mango tones. And it’s all cloaked in notes of dank resin peeking through lime zest mists.

A little too savory for my taste. I was looking for the tropical gummy bear flavors. Lots of pith and pine, for me. My partner enjoyed it quite a bit, though.

Delightful day edition. This is rich with layers of candy stickiness and pineapple sweetness with a touch of earthy resin to balance.

Creamy head, hazy, tropical fruit juice aroma, dry guava taste with a hint of berries, dank, silky, hops bomb. Call it what you want, it still comes off as a NEIPA to me.
