About This Beer
Not only does Fonta Flora’s take on this traditional Lager-style beer swim with deliciously authentic flavor, the recipe includes malts grown in the brewery’s own backyard! They partner with local farmers, so all of their malt is straight from the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina.
So, while this German-style Lager may not be from Munich, they made with just as much attention to detail. That means you can bring one along on your backpacking adventures, work excursions, parenting escapades, or whatever life throws your way.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of Granny Smith apples, bright orange blossoms, and lemongrass tickle the senses, along with notes of toasted malt and freshly baked bread. The taste follows the nose, enveloping the tongue in a thirst-quenching waterfall of earthy hops. The finish is smooth and pleasantly dry.
