About This Beer
For this deliciously distinct Saison, the Source crew started with a base of locally grown, floor malted Pilsner Malt and a touch of Spelt Malt. Then they hopped it with Cascade alongside thiol-boosting Phantasm Powder for an utterly unique tropical tang for the style. Finally, they fermented Mandala with a locally sourced Saison yeast for earthy nuances with swirls of tart citrus.
Tasting Notes
Lush, golden currents of passionfruit-kissed lemonade, wildflower, and icy white grape course through each remarkably refreshing quaff. Soft straw and delicate pepper carry underneath. It all makes for one of the most vibrant, easy drinking Saisons I’ve ever had!
