A Note on This Beer
Last year, Parish Brewing got together with their pals at Great Notion to create a mochi beer.
If you haven’t yet experienced the succulent dessert heaven of mochi, it’s a sweet Japanese rice dough. And just like us, they were hooked right from the first sweet, silky sip!
Sadly, mochi beers are rare – we’ve only seen a few on Tavour! Fortunately, the Parish team is back with their honed rice-brewing skills. Their mochi mastery is here and clear with today’s Fruited Berliner Weisse!
By combining sweet, fluffy toasted rice with the succulence of drippy, fresh mangoes, vanilla, and silky lactose, they've transformed beer into creamy mango mochi nectar!
Every scrumptious sip of this bright orange beauty flows thick with juicy fruit and hints of vanilla, backed with tangy-sweet rice pastry flavor. It’s tropically refreshing, while satisfying those decadent dessert cravings.
But, like many of Parish’s creations, today’s sipper is a limited release, and we don’t know when we’ll see our next mochi beer. Now’s the time to grab your stash of this tropical dessert!
The Parish crew has a Great American Beer Festival gold medal, and their beers have been named among the best in the country by everyone from The Beer Travel Guide to Craft Beer & Brewing!
