Whenever I feel like an otherworldly dessert escape, there’s a Vietnamese place down the street that serves amazing sticky rice. 

It’s sweet and slightly tangy, mixed with juicy mango and topped with coconut shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Only trouble is, they’ve been in short supply ever since the pandemic started.

But, thanks to a genius team-up between Wisconsin’s Untitled Art and North Dakota’s Drekker, I now have another way to get my fix!

Their version is a Fruited Berliner Style Weisse Ale brewed with mango, coconut, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Plus, a dose of milk sugar to make it extra luscious. Every sip is like a sweet, softly tangy bite of my sought-after Vietnamese dessert – only even better, because it comes with a 6% ABV!

It’s called Mango Coconut Sticky Sour, and if these two breweries collaborated year-round to make it, I might even trade in the sticky rice version for good. But, like so many UA and Drekker creations, this is a limited release worth loading up on NOW.
