To craft Maple BA Smoked Porter, the world-class crew at pFriem brewed a Porter with beechwood smoked malt for swaths of smoked chocolate complexity. Then they aged the brew in third hand barrels first used for bourbon then maple syrup, imparting maple whiskey elegance to the beer.
