About This Beer
If you ask just about anyone what Belgium is famous for, beer and waffles are bound to be near the top of the list. So it’s only appropriate that the Belgian beer specialists at Taxman made a scrumptious Stout that tastes like a big bite of maple-soaked waffles!
To craft it, Taxman’s head brewer used real maple syrup sourced directly from the brewer’s family farm, Sugarbush!
They folded this nectarous syrup into a boozy, Belgian-style Stout base that they aged on Maple Bourbon barrels. Then, they re-fermented it with real vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Every sip floods the taste buds with warm notes of boozy maple that flow right over the sweet heat of its cheek-warming 13.5% ABV!

Delicious. While it’s a dark beer, it isn’t heavy. The maple is a nice undertone.
