Charles Towne Fermentory crafted today’s Hoppy Pale Ale with a light, Hazy base. The crew is as secretive as NASA when it comes to the cones they squeezed into it, but we’re getting a brilliant constellation of citrus and tropical tones.
Tasting Notes
Each quenching sip contains a nebula of marmalade and tangerine notes orbiting understated pineapple, peach, and mixed berry nuances. The base malts’ subtle sweetness twinkles behind it all, fading into pulses of pine on the finish.
