About This Beer
The Northwest crew crafted it with cacao nibs, dates, and three kinds of vanilla beans. And they let it mature for a full year in Westward Whiskey and DryFly Whiskey barrels.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to intricate notes of dark fruit folding into ribbons of crème brûlée and dark chocolate. And all that time in oak should deepen the vanilla nuances while imparting hints of wood char and whiskey to the finish.
