To create this one-off release, the brewers aged Matryoshka (2025) in a combination of Westland and Westward Whiskey barrels.
Tasting Notes
Every sip overflows with oaky vanilla, rich, roasty coffee, and hints of barrel char. Think French vanilla ice cream topped with bourbon-infused hot fudge and chased with a sip of espresso, and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what’s in store.
