About This Beer
This opulent brew comes by way of two GIANTS in the craft game. The crew at Old Irving teamed up with their friends at More Brewing to create it.
Tasting Notes
Thanks to the additions of Hallertau Mittelfrüher Hops and its impressive malt bill featuring Maris Otter, floor-malted Bohemian Dark malt, Munich, and Chocolate Rye, each sip has huge notes of caramel, dark fruit, and molasses. A subtle hoppy bitterness brings a beautiful balance to the sip.

Very delicious. Not as strong a malt flavor as some, bit very nice!

brilliant mouthfeel and finish. wish it was a tad sweeter with caramel fig bit. smooth and silky.

Thin body.
A little too fruity. Lacks BW booziness and complexity. Drinkable though. A misfire but not horrible.

Super smooth. Wish it had a little more malty sweetness or more "something". Extremely solid and in no way bad. Would revisit.

good overall, but too sweet without any barrel aging to balance it

More of a quad to me. Sweeter, deep caramel malt. A hint of fruitiness and cola, and a medium spice from the hops on the finish

Aromas of toffee, vanilla, and some bourbon. Sweet, full mouthfeel. Notes of toffee, raisin, plum, and just a little barrel. Solid barleywine.
