About This Beer
They started with a smooth base accentuated by subtle additions of smoked barley and chit malt. Then they reached for the same old-world hops that European brewers have used for centuries — German Hersbrucker and Spalter.
They fermented the beer and slow and cold then spunded to create natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Look for hints of wheat bread and just a touch of honey folding into subtle nuances of grape leaf and pumpernickel. And that finish should come through as crisp as fallen leaves.

A little more malty than a typical lager
