About This Beer
They started with a smooth base accentuated by subtle additions of smoked barley and chit malt. Then they reached for the same old-world hops that European brewers have used for centuries — German Hersbrucker and Spalter.
They fermented the beer and slow and cold then spunded to create natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Look for hints of wheat bread and just a touch of honey folding into subtle nuances of grape leaf and pumpernickel. And that finish should come through as crisp as fallen leaves.

Smells like honey wheat bread. Rich, caramel maltiness up front followed by a light spicy hoppiness and a kiss of bitterness. So damn tasty. Can only imagine the flavor profile if I drank it fresher. 16 OCT 2024
