Insanely sweet. Like, you could pour this in milk and it would be sweeter than Nesquik. On top of ice cream and it would be like hot (cold?) fudge. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars from me is because it’s such a slow-sipper.

super cinnamon flavor and a heavy bread body. only thing holding it back is a slightly off aftertaste

let this age almost 3 years and it was great. still quite a punch that a small sipper was plenty but the flavors all mellowed out delicious
