About This Beer
The Reuben’s crew went all out for Metamodern, the first of their 10th Anniversary series. To craft this mouthwatering Amber Ale, they teamed up with fellow local legends at Georgetown Brewing. The duo used Vienna, Caramel Munich, Caramel Steam, and Pale Chocolate Malt for a rich, semi-toasty base. Then they hopped it with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra for a bright, juicy contrast.
Tasting Notes
Smooth cascades of caramelized brioche, brittle toffee, and toasted nuts are brightened with splashes of tangy pineapple and a kiss of citrus. Nuanced and refreshing, each sip finishes crisp and clean.

It's like that kid at school who tries too hard to be friends with everyone. It's trying to appeal to the ipa drinkers and it made this thing undrinkably bitter except for a little salt saving it.

Pretty good amber. Tiniest bit bitter on the back end.
