Tasting Notes
Each sip delivers the flavors of a chili-spiced, chocolate-dipped churro, and drenches them in a bold 10.5% ABV. Fudge, cinnamon-spice, and mild chili on the nose give way to deep layers of rich chocolate on the palate. Vanilla and roasted coffee play against a whisper of habanero heat and even more cinnamon, with mild, lingering spice on the finish.

Very disappointed with this year's version. Maybe it was the 11 day shipping time in a hot truck

No wonder it costs 20 bucks!! So many dark beers (imperial stouts, barrel aged) promise a whole host of tantalizing flavors and rarely deliver, and usually only with a flavor that is reminiscent of fake artificial flavors. Not Mexican Cake - oh no... This stuff will knock your socks off (flavor + ABV). What a splendid cup of delicious this is. Incredible body and richness, lots of broad vanilla flavor that lingers on and plenty of focused cocoa and cinnamon on first sip. The longer you drink, the more you will pick up on the subtle but playful pepper notes. This stuff is LEGIT!

been several years but I loved to subtle spiciness - offsetting the sweetness

smoky and spicy with a chocolaty coffee base. doesn't taste like a 10% beer. the body is also very well balanced.

Chocolate/cocoa dominates the aroma and flavor. You can definitely taste the cinnamon and habanero peppers. Good balance of flavors without being very spicy/hot. Medium bodied with a lightly warming finish. 🇮🇱🇺🇸
