About This Beer
For Mexican Coconut Cake, the brewers start with their beloved, rich base before layering it with cocoa and vanilla for sumptuous hot chocolate nuances. Then they take it south of the border with cinnamon and habanero peppers. Then they hit it with a mountain of toasted coconut flakes, soaking it all in luscious tropical tones.
Tasting Notes
We’re anticipating sumptuous Mounds bar aromas perfuming the air with every velvety pour. On the swig, we’ll be looking for silky colada cream surging through decadently fudgy tones for all the flavor of a German chocolate cake. Only your average German chocolate cake doesn’t finish with a delicate chili heat. And it certainly doesn’t hide a 10.5% ABV!
