About This Beer
Mexican Coffee Cake comes around just once a year!
The team crafted it with a base of oats, roasted barley, chocolate malt, and dark crystal malt for a velvety body with plenty of cocoa and roast. Chinook Hops add an undercurrent of bitterness that plays nicely with the coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon, and fresh habanero chiles the brewers conditioned it with.
Tasting Notes
Each mouthful is a luxurious taste of spiced dark chocolate, with subtle coffee notes giving the inky brew extra depth. The heat builds as you sip, but the chiles never overwhelm the balance — even in the peppery finish.

Excellent initial dark chocolate taste with a beautifully-slow transition to the best chili spice I’ve ever had in a stout.
