About This Beer
For this treat, the St. Louis crew started with marshmallows in the boil. Then they conditioned it on cacao nib, ancho chili, cinnamon, vanilla, and even more marshmallows!
Tasting Notes
Each swig is seriously like a mug of Mexican Hot Chocolate. Fudgy cocoa notes gush out of every sip with pillowy mallows floating throughout. Look for silky creme brulee tones that brighten it all with just a hint of spice on the end.

Aromas of cinnamon, cocoa, and marshmallow. Rich, fairly sweet, cinnamon and vanilla. Some of the heat from the chilies but less of the flavor. Still delicious.
