About This Beer
To craft Mind Over Batter, Bottle Logic and Pontoon took a silky Stout base and aged it for twelve months in a blend of Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on hundreds of pounds of actual walnuts, cacao nibs, and brownie batter mix!
Tasting Notes
You can expect smooth, medium-thick sips teeming with rich swirls of dark chocolate. The tannic quality of the walnuts folds expertly into the oaky barrel, conjuring gooey pieces of whiskey fudge with each lick the spoon-worthy gulp.
