A Note on This Beer
I freakin' love chocolate mint! Love it in ice cream. Love it in hot cocoa. Love it in Girl Scout cookies. I just love it.
The problem is I can never find that delicious combo of rich cocoa nibs and the refreshing zing of fresh mint leaves in a beer. And I know they’d pair perfectly with the robust notes of a Stout.
That’s why I stocked up when the flavor flaunters at Braxton created their 9.7% ABV Mint Chocolate Chip Imperial Pastry Stout.
Follow my lead and treat your sweets-loving friends to something they won’t find otherwise — beyond our tiny stash, this brew won’t cross Kentucky state lines.
The local’s have been praising its robust flavors and smooth mouthfeel as “delish and decadent.” This bad boy is loaded with big notes of caramel, dark roast, and chocolate. The added liquid cocoa nibs and fresh mint leaves recreate the brewer’s favorite ice cream flavor! creamy and delicate, this boozy Stout leads with deep chocolate and finishes with a cooling mint exhalation.
Come through for your buddies, as they’ve always done for you: with delicious dessert recommendations that blew your mind. Share today’s Mint Chocolate Chip Pastry Stout and return the flavor… I mean favor.
*Serve between 52-56 degrees and let the minty fudge unveil as it warms.
