About This Beer
To craft this crave-worthy collectible, the OKC crew took inspiration from a wintertime coffee shop staple: the peppermint mocha.
They started with a silky, midnight-black base, then conditioned the beer on cacao nibs and vanilla. Then they added espresso coffee flavor and peppermint flavor to replicate a treat from a local cafe.
Tasting Notes
Each smooth sip brings rich flavors of roasty coffee and fudgy chocolate, accentuated by nuances of candy canes. A swirl of vanilla makes for a smooth finish for a sip you’ll want to keep coming back to. And thanks to the just-right 8% ABV, you can!

Deep brown pour, with a thin brownish head and light carbonation. The smell is of chocolate and mint, and the taste starts with chocolate and finishes with mint. A bit thin and heavy on the mint, but still a very enjoyable non-BA stout.
