About This Beer
For Mom Jeans, the Aslin Haze masters teamed up with Outer Range Brewing, the Colorado brewery who can sling hop nectar with the best of them. They started with a fluffy base before layering it with Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, and Citra Hops for bright bursts of juice.
Tasting Notes
Enormous waves of ripe white peach, succulent mandarin, and soft melon surge through every smooth sip. A pinch of grapefruit pith and pine rise in refreshing contrast — all hiding a monstrous 12% ABV remarkably well.

nice hop bitterness with a pleasant citrus hop profile

Aroma is filled with orange pithiness, floral notes, light maltiness, and some dank grassiness. Grapefruit, grassiness, and a light dankness in the taste followed by a kiss of bitterness. A touch sweet.

I like this more than I've liked other DDH IPAs. Still not my preferred style. I am really enjoying the can art! 🤣👖

I ranked this a 3.25 November 2022 but yesterday I had it and it was the worst tasting beer in the world. It tasted like a Belgian triple maybe they put the wrong label on the can

For somebody who's not a fan of IPS's, this one was good! And smooth. can't taste the 12% at all! Def buy again when available.

Beautifully contrasting flavors of peach/melon with a sharp pine/grapefruit bitterness, and a modest boozy finish.

Didn’t like it. I find that when most DIPAs and TIPAs get above 10% the quality and taste declines. It’s a rare IPA that can hide the alcohol taste above this.

Lots of orange and grapefruit on the nose. Moderate mouthfeel with a little booziness. Juicy citrus with some grapefruit peel and a little pine on the finish. Hides the ABV well.

Very low bitterness. Pillowy sweet and smooth.

Hazy, orange gold color. Large, firm, pillowy beige head. Aroma leans toward citrus and stone fruit. Flavor is more of the same. Mango, peach, orange and passion fruit. Notes of warming alcohol in middle. Some sweetness and stickiness on the backend.

very smooth, but the 12% makes it more of a sipper. Great peach and melon flavors throughout.
