Cerebral crafted today’s Imperial Stout with a chocolatey base aged for 27 months in Stagg Jr bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned the brew with coconut, Dead Reckoning espresso blend from Corvus Coffee, and Marquesas and Ugandan vanilla.
