The brewers made this one Solera-style, meaning that they conditioned it in an oak foeder, removing a bit of the aged beer now and then and topping up the tank with fresh wort. That means the beer is constantly developing as it re-ferments again and again.
Plus they hopped with Riwaka for tropical nuances you don’t usually find in this type of brew.
