About This Beer
The brewers at Bottle Logic started by tasting through barrels of their beloved Fundamental Observation Stout. Then they added blueberry and maple to the already vanilla-soaked brew for a treat that recalls a loaded forkful of blueberry-chocolate chip flapjacks!
Tasting Notes
The sip starts out with bouncing berry notes before tumbling into deep fudgy folds. Complex nuances of oaky vanilla hit next, cascading into a long, creamy maple soaked finish with just a hint of roasty coffee flavor.

Flavors are on. Tastes like blueberry maple syrup. But something in it a bit off as well. 🤷🏻♂️

smells and tastes like a maple syrup covered blueberry pancake. I think it is a perfect blend so I’m giving it a perfect score.
