A Note on This Beer
Did you know that Nebraska — the home of today’s beer — is also the birthplace of Kool-Aid?
It’s true! A dude named Edwin Perkins invented it back in 1927, and it was originally called “Fruit Smack.” I’m glad they changed the name, although I can totally picture a giant jug of Fruit Smack busting through a wall and shouting “OH YEAH!”
But, that beloved childhood drink doesn’t hold a candle to today’s effervescent hopjuice!
Mosaic IPA from Lincoln’s Zipline Brewing packs an explosion of succulent tangerine, tangy-sweet blueberry, and juicy papaya flavors! Soft waves of pithy citrus surround your tongue, while your taste buds are tickled by a whisper of bitterness on the finish.
Try matching THAT kind of flavor, Kool-Aid man!
Locals are lapping up this delicious IPA, raving:
- “Epic flavor and great aftertaste.” @Mike K.
- “Man, this is awesome! Wish I would have bought them all . . .” @David S.
- “Zipline makes the best IPAs in the region. This is not up for debate.” @Nathan
Normally, you’d have to fly out to the Cornhusker State to experience the magic of these fruity Mosaic Hops, paired with the dry-hopped deliciousness of citrusy Amarillo and tropical El Dorado.
But, you can save your airline miles, ‘cause we’ve got a few bottles for you, right here.
