About This Beer
The Oregon legends at The Ale Apothecary created a Small Beer that’s big on flavor thanks to their hand-crafted techniques and incredible attention to detail. Once Mr. Cozy was fermented and aged in oak barrels, they bottle conditioned it with local honey.
Tasting Notes
The result is a bright effervescence that delivers bright nuances of lemon zest and underripe apricot. Each tart sip ripples with earthy hints of haylike funk and chamomile while whispers of oaky vanilla flow underneath.
