About This Beer
Taking inspiration from NZ-style Pilsners, the Holy Mountain crew crafted Murder of Memories with a soft base of pilsner malt and flaked maize. Then they hopped it with Saphir and experimental NZH-106 for more pronounced hoppy tones.
Tasting Notes
Zesty lime and lemon poppyseed aromas perfume the air with every golden pour. Crisp currents of toasted brioche, gooseberry, and lemongrass course through every silky sip. Hints of passion fruit, pepper, and cedar swirl underneath before a refreshing, snappy finish.

Amazing bitterness build up. Delicious. Maize/corn added to the beer is so flavorful. Just like the Garmonbozia truly great brewing and I am lucky to drink them in NJ!
