About This Beer
To craft Neapolitan Shake, the Beer Tree crew teamed up with Mortalis Brewing. They started with a velvety base swimming with chocolate notes and amped up with roasted Dominican cocoa nibs. Creamy milk sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans give it all a luscious, hand spun flavor while fresh strawberries and jam brighten it up and complete the Neapolitan trifecta.

I like stouts on the sweeter side and this one fits the bill. It’s delicately balanced with the sweetness and the rich stout base. Delicious flavor reminiscent of neopolitan ice cream!

This gives you the true Neapolitan experience: Strong Strawberry (almost black cherry?) and Vanilla flavors, but someone already ate all the chocolate. Like I don’t get chocolate at all. Still, for a higher ABV, this tastes pretty good.
