A Note on This Beer
Some people plan their year around a vacation or holiday, but for California craft fans -- their calendar revolves around the latest hoppy release from the award-winning brewers at Noble Ale Works.
This Anaheim-based taproom draws bigger crowds than Mickey Mouse at Disneyland. Local hopheads cram into the small, industrial space to catch up with neighbors and literally rub elbows with the three time GABF-award winning brewers. And on release day, anyone who hasn’t been waiting for hours will be turned away empty-handed.
Even on Tavour, cans from Noble disappear faster than we can grab ‘em. So when today’s Neon Python DIPA debuted mere days ago, we pulled a few strings to snag as much of this taproom only release as we could! The demands on social media were too big to ignore:
“Heck yeah, I have my Field Correspondent on the hunt for this tomorrow!!”
“F*** can we get this please!”
“Still available? Planning on my yearly stop by!”
A lusciously hazy DIPA, Neon Python is hopped with Loral, Cashmere, Idaho 7, and Mosaic. Notes of tart pink cherries roll across the palate with bursts of vibrant tropical guava and citrus. The smooth, soft mouthfeel sneaks in the 8.6% ABV.
Save yourself the logistics of traveling to California or organizing a beer trade. Instead, grab a few cans of Neon Python and cut straight to the part of enjoying this California hazy.
