Never Ending Sky offers a taste of how the brewery remains at the forefront of Asheville, NC’s burgeoning craft scene today, despite its youth. Thanks to masterful brews like this Helles Lager, it’s near impossible to find a local “best beer” list that they’re not on.

It’s all about the dedicated brewing process: the brewers started with a mash of 100% Riverbend Pale Pilsner malt for a crisp, clean mouthfeel. Then, they hopped the brew with traditional Hallertauer Mittelfruh and new Pacifica for notes of florals, biscuit, and surprising hints of orange zest and marmalade! 

Slow and steady cold fermentation in horizontal tanks finished the Lager off with natural carbonation and sealed in the flavorful complexity.
