Evil Twin formed this TIPA as a love letter to the city that welcomed them – NYC! And, considering it’s an ode to an American city, it makes sense the style is an American favorite: the bold, juicy Imperial IPA!
Tasting Notes
The Evil Twin team held back no punches on the 10% ABV brew. Bold flavors of overripe mango swirl with berry bursts, all complimented with fresh-pressed OJ that completely mask the booze. With nearly no bitterness on the finish, each sip goes down oh-so-smoothly.

As others have noted - it’s Bitter and yes Smokey (perhaps by suggestion). It’s unexpected, which isn’t a bad thing but that aftertaste brought down rating a tad for me
