About This Beer
Night Witch was crafted in honor of brave (and very rad) female pilots who flew combat missions for the Soviet Union in WWII, only permitted to fly in outdated, wooden bi-planes at night. They shut off their engines to fly silently, like witches upon broomsticks, earning them the nickname Night Witches.
Tasting Notes
The Lupulin brewers boiled this beer overnight to build complex, chocolatey-nutty flavors. Then, they aged the Stout base for 20 months in Knob Creek Bourbon barrels to impart lush notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak.

Great Imperial Stout. Not too sweet or boozy just a smooth Imperial flavor. Loved it can’t wait for the next chance to buy.

Great full body, delicious deep cocoa notes. Thick and a little sweet, similar to the Abyss by Deschutes.

tasted like moldy musty beer! I think the ingredients were contaminated. I had high hopes for this beer and waited for it.

A little thick but a great beer: smooth and chocolate.

Medium bubble head on pour gives way to little or no lace on glass. Strong cocoa tone and tobacco in aroma. Dark chocolate fudge and whiskey are the principal flavors.
