About This Beer
In Gen III of Normal Street, we took our Gen II recipe and revamped the hopping procedures. We hit it with a bulky whirlpool addition and then utilized a new dry hopping procedure designed to minimize extraction of hydrocarbons that could lead to a spicy, herbal, or woody flavor. This method introduced an abundance of citrus and peach on the aroma followed by a citrusy explosion on the palate with bursts of bright orange and tangerine. A glass of normal street sounds extraordinary right now, wouldn’t you say? Gen I and Gen II are 4.1 and 4.06 on UT.
