Not Too Brite is one of the most tongue-in-cheek names for an IPA we’ve seen in a while.

Packed with 5 lbs of Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic Hops per barrel, this brew gleams with layers of bright n’ juicy mango, vivid pineapple, and dank, sunny papaya flavors. Each sip shines with so much tropicality, your taste buds would go blind if they had eyes! 

And, we definitely wouldn’t call the pros at  Ex Novo “Not Too Brite.” These glowing craft stars are fast on their way to powerhouse status! 

They have two breweries in Oregon, and their popularity led them to open a third in New Mexico. And, they have a stack of shiny Best of Craft Beer and Oregon Beer Awards under their belts!
