About This Beer
As we’ve said many times before, the Pilsner is a true test of a brewer’s skill. The style is so delicate and clean, any mistakes in the brewing process are easy to taste. We don’t taste any in Ocean Park — just crisp, refreshing, crushable enjoyment. They don't call it "The Pride of Dania Beach" for nothing! Dry hopped with Saaz and Perle, this sipper is a sterling example of a Pilsner.
Tasting Notes
The sunshine-hued body shines with malty, bread crust notes and subtle grassy nuances. It’s like tearing into a fresh-from-the-oven baguette while picnicking in a meadow on a bright August afternoon. On the finish, hoppy floral notes combine with just enough bitterness to invite the next sip.
