About This Beer
Inspired by Italian ice and the nostalgic flavors of blue raspberry, the crew at Source Brewing started by crafting a base of pilsner and wheat malts and fermented it with a special lactic acid-producing yeast strain to lend it a zippy tang. Then they added blue raspberry flavoring and a touch of simple syrup, so it tastes like a freaking snow cone!

Electric berry flavors course through the vibrantly-hued sip, conjuring up Jolly Rancher and Kool-Aid Jammer. And all that candied sweetness is expertly balanced by a subtle tartness that carries through to the refreshing finish.

Hard to describe. It’s tart, sure. But the flavors themselves are absent and it’s unfortunate. The color is absolutely gorgeous. It just comes across as kinda tart and kinda bland.

bitter alchohol after taste. unfortunate because the initial taste is sweet gummies.

was so excited about this, but this misses the mark. It starts out okay, but the flavor is pretty bland. the aftertaste is like stale candy and is really bitter. the color is pretty.

this has a sweet blue raspberry flavor its like drinking a mild blue jolly rancher raspberry flavor but not over powering. I can't wait for this to go on sale again. would recommend to people who don't like beer. I love this beer because you know what you are getting. would recommend.
