Rather young but with a good amount of 3.5yr oaky lambic. Fresh, tasty, crisp, pure, yet complex. Well done, Florida.

Pale golden hue. Hazy, effervescent. Minimal head retention or lacing. Oaky scent, with hints of lemon, tropical fruit. Dominant flavors of oak and lemon. Subtler notes of pineapple, grapefruit. Vinous quality, akin to Sauvignon blanc. Earthy funkiness as well. Quite tart. Dry, astringent finish.
