About This Beer
This mixture of four disparate base brews might be called Oddities and Outliers Blend IV, but there’s nothing haphazard about this carefully crafted bottle.
After aging the component Wild Ales for 16-48 months in French oak, the crew initially bottle conditioned the blend for 14 more months. Now, after nearly two additional years of maturing in their cellar, this beer is even more impressive than before!
Tasting Notes
Soft, natural carbonation reveals a brightly layered and deliciously rustic sipper, with plenty of Bretty funk. Elegant vinous tones sparkle with notes of zesty key lime, apricot, and tangy pineapple. Hints of hayloft and leather mingle with woody undertones that shade each tart taste with delicate tannins and a whisper of pipe tobacco.
