Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll encounter a flood of fresh-squeezed OJ with hints of tangy lemon. Notes of pineapple sweep through towards the finish, where a hint of resinous pine lingers. But unlike most hazy beers, that finish is dry, clean, and incredibly crisp.

Not expecting these flavors to pack a punch. Was curious about this beer and it’s actually really good. Gives me a winter vibe tasting like an apple pie with a sour aftertaste. I am pleased.

To me, chai should be sweet, but this is not. So it tastes like undersweetened apple pie filling or tart applesauce. Not my thing.

12 oz can from Tavour. White wine colored pour, wispy head. Aroma is split between apples and chai. Taste adds sweetness from the apples with minor savory flavors.

Not bad, you can definitely taste the chai, however it makes this cider somewhat bitter. I found it more acidic than I thought it would be.

It’s like I made hot apple cider with a chai tea baggie, then put it in the fridge and added carbonation. A little too sweet for me, my wife loved it.
