About This Beer
This GABF award-winning Chicago team crafted their Marzen with enough German malts and Hallertau Mittelfrüh Hops to really put the ‘beer’ in Biergarten. Just looking at the amber-hued pour makes my mouth water for schnitzel.
Tasting Notes
The smell of honey-drizzled biscuits leads to smooth, malt-forward sips. A toasted rye-like backbone swirls with a tinge of caramel and nuts, sweeping across your palate with the expert balance of a server juggling a dozen beer boots.

Pretty solid, pretzel-like malt, smooth, not overly sweet

Malt forward. Not bad.

Malty and slightly metallic on the nose. Pretty soft on the palate with plenty of malted barley, a little bit or caramel, and lots of cereal grains. Slightly sweet right at the end.

Another day. Another solid marzen. Delicious, refreshing brew that isn’t especially memorable. But thats okay because I’ll have a different one tomorrow.
