On The Threshold of a Dream spent two whole years maturing in Old Fitzgerald barrels. When it emerged, teeming with luxurious cask character, this all-star team of brewers conditioned it on blueberry, vanilla, and maple.
Tasting Notes
Each decadent sip conjures notes of a syrup-soaked, whipped cream topped, blueberry short stack. Roasty malts and mocha undertones ripple just beneath the surface, leading to hints of vanilla oak and top shelf bourbon that linger on the plate. And unlike anything they’re serving up at the local IHOP, this beauty comes with an ultra-smooth 13.8% ABV.
