Once upon a time in Maine, Allagash crafted three wild Saisons. At the stroke of midnight, as if by magic, each one transformed during fermentation from a simple wort into a living Ale.  

When all three were complete, the brewers re-entered their workshop to blend the brews into a single complex and tangy base. Still not quite finished, they transformed it yet again with four months of conditioning on fresh, ripe peaches.
