About This Beer
The celebrated Casey crew began with an experimental Farmhouse Ale aged in oak barrels for several months. Then they infused it with fresh pink grapefruit, accentuating the base’s citrusy notes.
Tasting Notes
The effervescent pour invites you in with bright, zesty paloma aromas. Each quaff starts out with tangy pops of lemon-lime and juicy grapefruit nuances. Underneath, subtle funkiness adds depth to the taste with notes of hay, dried flowers, and woody oak.

Grapefruit is usually a great addition to sour ale or IPA, IMHO. This is one of the best grapefruit beers I’ve ever had! Well blended, Casey!
