About This Beer
Casey started with a soft, late hopped Saison that expressed fruit-forward lupulin nuances. Then they matured the brew in oak barrels and conditioned it on over 4 pounds per gallon of black raspberries after blending.
Tasting Notes
Each deep purple pour overflows with jammy and tangy bramble fruit tones. Notes of fresh raspberry preserves reveal hints of red wine and lemon zest, while funky undertones ground the gulp. Subtle hay, oak, and horse blanket nuances provide a beautiful balance to the lush fruit flavors lingering beyond the finish.
