About This Beer
The Cascade Crew based the recipe on a collaboration they did with Bruery Terreux back in 2016, and now it’s back and better than ever! To make it, they aged a Sour Blonde Ale with Northwest-grown marionberries and Meyer lemon zest in oak barrels for a whopping 16 months!
Tasting Notes
The sip starts off bright and tangy, with tantalizing notes of blackberry lemon scone swirling underneath. It all culminates in an oak-accentuated, snappy, dry finish that’s seriously satisfying after a long night of rocking out!

Nicely tart and easy to drink, but can't get much of the marionberries.

Powerful scent of lemon and berry. Rich flavor and tartness from the barrel-aging. Finishes with a strong bite of lemon and a distinctive marionberry flavor. Very PNW.
