The Oni have come for your beer fridge! These shapeshifting demons from Japanese folklore assume the form of today’s powerful, unwavering Triple IPA from New Hokkaido!

But, fret not; these creatures don’t come to deliver havoc — only delicious flavors of crisp apple, tropical fruit, and gusts of pine forest pithiness.

With a well concealed 10% ABV!

Why has a demon donned this label, you ask? When Gustav Gentaro Dose, founder of Montana’s Mountains Walking, decided to launch his experimental phantom brewery, he felt inspired by his background: “I feel these two parts of my imagination [Japanese upbringing and home of Montana] have combined, to inspire something new.”

Sure enough, Oni shines with multicultural influence. To start, the New Hokkaido team uses Japan-sourced rice and oats. Then, the brewers added a batch of New Zealand Hops. Finally canned in Montana, the result is one dangerously delicious, hemisphere-crossed hopbomb!

loved this brewery when I was living in Montana. this wasn’t my favorite hazy from them, but it’s smooth for 9%. just too much of a weird after taste on the fruit notes

I was a little hesitant because I don’t usually love triples, but I love Mountains Walking and thought I should try out this side project. I was super impressed. I actually split it with 2 other guys at a tasting party and we all wished we had more. Very tasty. Retains more hop flavor than I feel a lot of other triples do. Smooth at the same time. Would definitely buy this one again!

definitely the smoothest 10%abv I've had. Oddly enough it's a little too smooth, was expecting more flavor to it. what's there flavor wise is spot on, but I just want more of it. on second drink the flavor came out much more. Well done MW!

Soo upset this one fell and broke- the little I was able to taste was amazing though. This is a cream of the crop IPA right here. fuity and smooth. wish I bought more
