About This Beer
This is the fifth year that Listermann has collabed with the 4th Marine Division to craft Operation Flintlock. And this release doubles as a fundraiser for Veterans through the Vets & Brews program while 10% of proceeds go to Toys for Tots.
Listermann and the 4th Division packed each one with coffee, peanut butter, vanilla, and a kiss of lactose to make it extra creamy.
Tasting Notes
It’s like someone dropped a Reese’s into a velvety mocha with roasty coffee and cream coursing through each quaff. Rich nuttiness brims out of the cocoay depths.

Smash mouth peanut butter flavor. The tasting notes mentioned here are spot on. The vanilla is very faint, the coffee is just about right. The mouthfeel is not a luxurious as I'd hoped. Overall a very good product.

Excellent Stout, easy drinking, lower Abv, not too sweet or coconutty. Nice smooth chocolate & PB taste. Near perfection.

How does Listermann do it? They are the experts at making creamy stouts but they still add coffee, peanut butter and lactose and nothing overpowers the other ingredients.
